Liquid Polymer Prep Systems

WaterSolve offers a variety of options for Liquid Polymer Prep Systems:

WSLP-100-V2    

Low Range Liquid Polymer Preparation System designed for long-term, dependable operation. Every design incorporates years of field experience with liquid polymer preparation with the knowledge of the leading manufacturer of water-soluble polymers. The WSLP-100-V2 Series use multi-zone mixing. The first zone exposes the polymer to a high energy environment to minimize agglomeration. Increased contact and mixing energy in the second zone protects the fragile polymer chains from fracturing, making more polymer available for work. Water flow and polymer feed can be manually increased and decreased together, maintaining constant solution strength. The WSLP-100-V2 unit can supply up to 5-GPM of 0.5% polymer solution.

WSLP-160-V2

Every design incorporates years of field experience with liquid polymer preparation with the knowledge of the leading manufacturer of water-soluble polymers. The WSLP-160-V2 Series use multi-zone mixing. The first zone exposes the polymer to a high energy environment to minimize agglomeration. Increased contact and mixing energy in the second zone protects the fragile polymer chains from fracturing, making more polymer available for work. Water flow and polymer feed can be manually increased and decreased together, maintaining constant solution strength. The WSLP-160-V2 unit can supply up to 16-GPM of 0.5% polymer solution.

WSLP-1000-V2   

Liquid Polymer Preparation System designed for long-term, dependable operation. Every design incorporates years of field experience with liquid polymer preparation with the knowledge of the leading manufacturer of water-soluble polymers. The WSLP-1000-V2 Series use multi-zone mixing. The first zone exposes the polymer to a high energy environment to minimize agglomeration. Increased contact and mixing energy in the second zone protects the fragile polymer chains from fracturing, making more polymer available for work. Water flow and polymer feed can be manually increased and decreased together, maintaining constant solution strength. The WSLP-1000-V2 unit can supply up to 40-GPM of 0.5% polymer solution.

WSLP M-P Series   

The WaterSolve M-P series is a hybrid polymer blending technology delivering the ultimate in performance and reliability. The WSLP M-P series is available with several metering pump options, ranging from 0.05- 50-GPH. The WSLP M-P-50P-6000 can deliver up to 100-GPM of polymer solution.

– Operates non-mechanically with pressures as low as 30 psi

WaterSolve Chemical Control and Tracking System   

This dual feed system has been designed and built to efficiently feed chemicals for dewatering applications.  This system optimizes the application of chemical by automatically adjusting the feed rates based on variations in slurry line flow rate and in-line solids concentration.  Our system also provides documentation and tracking of several applicable parameters. The CCTS system provides daily reports that track dredge production and chemical consumption.
